Interview Drill

Problem: Interview practice can be unstructured, making it hard to improve a specific answer through repetition.

Built: A focused drill for practicing interview responses.

Learned: A narrow practice loop makes it easier to repeat, review, and refine an answer than a broad preparation checklist.

Problem: Daily notes need a low-friction home without turning every thought into a document-management task.

Built: A local scratchpad organized around daily pages.

Learned: Reducing setup and navigation matters as much as adding features to a tool meant for everyday capture.

Problem: Saving information is not the same as being able to recall it.

Built: A card-based workflow for revisiting material over time.

Learned: A useful learning tool should make retrieval practice simple, not just make storage convenient.

Problem: A chronological reading list makes it difficult to explore themes and connections across books.

Built: An interactive way to browse a reading log.

Learned: Structured metadata becomes valuable when the interface helps turn it into useful paths for exploration.

Problem: A qualification framework is less useful when gaps remain implicit or are discussed only from memory.

Built: A scorecard that makes MEDDPPICC coverage visible and reviewable.

Learned: The value of a score is the conversation it creates about evidence, risk, and the next action—not the number alone.

Problem: Account research can accumulate facts without producing a clear, customer-relevant point of view.

Built: A guided workflow for organizing research into an account POV.

Learned: Constraints and prompts help separate a useful commercial thesis from a generic company summary.
